JAE Precision Innovations was founded by Juergen Langston Camargo, a seasoned aerospace and defense manufacturing professional with over two decades of hands-on experience. The company was born from a passion for craftsmanship and a bold vision to elevate the standards of precision machining in industries where performance, safety, and reliability are non-negotiable.

Juergen is a proud first-generation American—the son of immigrant parents, with a father who served in the U.S. Military. As a loving husband and father, Juergen built JAE Precision Innovations not just as a business, but as a family-led legacy for his daughter. With deep roots in family and unwavering support from loved ones, JAE Precision is guided by values that prioritize integrity, commitment, and long-term vision. We are proud to be a certified small business diversity supplier and a symbol of the next generation of American manufacturing.
Based in Perris, California, JAE Precision has grown rapidly by investing in advanced CNC technology. We now operate over seven machining centers, including 3- and 4-axis vertical mills and CNC lathes, alongside conventional equipment and high-accuracy probing systems to ensure repeatability and top-tier quality.
We proudly support clients in the aerospace, defense, clean energy, and industrial sectors—earning long-term trust through open communication, consistent quality, and reliable delivery. From prototyping and rework to complex production runs, our agile team of machinists and engineers is equipped to meet the industry's most demanding standards, including AS9100D and ISO 9001.

Our growth roadmap includes the integration of 5-axis machining, CNC lathes with live tooling, expanded metrology capabilities, and the advancement of lights-out manufacturing processes. Our goal is to become one of the Inland Empire’s most innovative and dependable precision machining partners.
